We would like to keep this as simple as possible!

  • If we print your labels incorrectly and the mistake is ours we will send replacements without question. You do not need to send the whole batch back - just one label to illustrate the mistake. If you do not notify us within 10 working days, you are deemed to have accepted the item(s) and we shall not have any liability towards you.

    If you have made a mistake in providing us with the details we can not offer free replacements. Please check carefully the details you send to us, and the order acknowledgement we send you.

  • Delivery
    We ship items with a view to you receiving them within seven to ten days, on average, of our receiving your order. Of course, the length of time items are in the hands of the carriers is completely out of our control. If you have not received your order within 21 days of sending it to us please contact us.

  • Care of photographs
    We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of your photographs while in our care. They are not damaged by the processes we put them through, and we will return them with your order. We can not be held responsible for their care whilst in the hands of carriers.

  • Copyright
    You confirm that you own the copyright(s) of any photograph(s)/illustration(s)/graphic(s) submitted, - or that permission has been granted by the copyright owner(s) to use the photograph(s)/illustration(s)/graphic(s). Should this prove not to be the case, you agree to accept full responsibility for any action by the copyright owner(s), and we hereby disclaim such responsibility.

  • Mailing photographs
    If you are not able to email your photograph you may send it by mail to the following address:
    Stationery Galore, 10 Cranfield Road, Upper Sheringham, Norfolk NR26 8TH

  • You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.

  • Submission of payment, by whatever means, indicates your acceptance of these terms.
